First of all. We don’t even only post “girls”. We post men, women, children, babies and families. So that portion of your statement is invalid.

And its clearly written in the guidelines before submitting that we don’t post every photo. If guidelines were read then that part would not be a mystery. 
There are plenty of people who have submitted photos and left the description blank which is stated not to do THREE times when submitting. So no. We don’t post photos that ignore that, as the point of our blog is sharing one’s heritage/journey/personal story. The point of our blog is NOT free promotion for a tumblr blog. Submitting a photo with just a link to a blog is not acceptable. There are also other guidelines. We get photos that are bad quality or very small, or very blurry. Not posting those. Sorry. But that’s our personal choice. 

Also we don’t judge a photo based on someone’s face. I’m not sure what point that would even serve. If you’re saying that the people you know who didn’t get posted aren’t “pretty”, that is your own personal opinion. Theres also a good 70 or so posts in the queue that havent posted yet.. And around 100 submissions that haven’t even been viewed yet. I’m sure you’ll rethink your opinion when whomever it is you’re complaining about not being posted gets posted and it proves you were just being impatient.

Another thing, calling people you don’t know judgmental is the most judgmental thing one can do. Thank you for your opinion and have a good day!
